Each writer must be a Napa County resident and can submit two unpublished stories, either in prose or poetry format, with a limit of 60 words per story. Submissions will undergo a blind review and the best five chosen. Winners will receive a $100 prize and their story will be printed on bookmarks distributed through county libraries.
