About This Call
Yountville Art, Sip & Stroll 2018 invites artists to set up a sales and display booth in the charming village setting of Yountville. The event is open to all mediums including painting, photography, ceramics, jewelry, sculpture, and more. All products and services must be handmade by the artist.
Selected artists receive a 10' x 10' peaked festival tent with no walls, one eight-foot table, and two chairs for a booth fee of $150. Booths will be located in an outdoor location along Washington Street from North to South, with locations assigned by the planning committee. Check-in begins at 8 a.m. on Saturday, April 28, with booths required to be set up and ready for sales by 11 a.m. Breakdown cannot begin until 5 p.m., and early breakdown is not permitted. Artists are responsible for their own sales and retain 100% of their proceeds.
Work sample requirements: minimum 3 images, maximum 6 images; maximum 1 video; total samples between 3 and 7. Signs are permitted within the booth if of an appropriate nature. Loud or offensive exhibits and open flames are not allowed. Yountville Arts promotes the event with advertising in the SF Chronicle, rack card distribution throughout the Bay Area, and online marketing as part of valley-wide Arts in April promotions.
