Yampa Art Stroll

The Yampa Art Stroll is a juried art vendor exhibition forming part of the Steamboat All Arts Festival. The event takes place August 15-17, 2014 at the Base Area Promenade at Steamboat Ski Area in Steamboat Springs, Colorado. Selected artists display work in a scenic mountain setting that attracts thousands of visitors.

Eligibility requirements: All work must be original and handcrafted by the artist(s). Work done by production studios is not acceptable. No more than two artists may collaborate, and both must be present at the festival for all three days. Artists may only exhibit work in categories and body of work selected by the jury. Categories include Drawing, Fiber, Fine Craft, Jewelry, Painting, Photography, Printmaking, and Sculpture. All exhibited work must match the quality and category of images submitted for jury review.

Entry fee is $25.00, with an additional booth fee of $350.00 upon selection. Submit 4-6 images (3 current images of work and 1 current booth display image), artist statement and bio (up to 5,000 characters), and artist contact details through CaFE. Submission deadline is June 15, 2014. Selected artists will be notified June 16, 2014. Booth fees are due July 16, 2014. Awards include $500 First Place, $300 Second Place, $150 Third Place, and $50 People's Choice. All accepted work must be for sale with no commission retained by the organizer. Artists maintain copyright and grant the SSCRA rights to use images for marketing and exhibition purposes.
