Yaddo Visual Artist Residency

Yaddo offers residencies to professional creative artists from all nations and backgrounds working in disciplines including choreography, film, literature, musical composition, painting, performance, photography, printmaking, sculpture, and video. Residencies last from two weeks to two months and include room, board, and a studio. Artists apply individually and are judged solely on the quality of their work. Generally, those who qualify for Yaddo residencies are either working at the professional level in their fields or are emerging artists whose work shows great professional promise. Yaddo places no publication, exhibition, or performance requirements on artists in residence. The selection process uses peer review with different panelists each season. Entry fee is $35.
