Works on Paper - Make your Mark

Works on Paper - Make your Mark is a juried exhibition celebrating the Month of Printmaking, exploring how artists perceive printmaking today. With paper as support, the artist leaves a mark. All print techniques and types of paper and paper-like substrates are allowed, ranging from traditional to experimental and digital (except giclee reproductions). Core New Art Space invites all artists working in any mediums, 2D and 3D (except video/installations).

Entries must be submitted electronically by February 5, 2024, accompanied by a $35.00 fee for up to 3 works. Submit 1-3 images of work no larger than 48 inches on its longest side, including frame. Judging will rely on overall impact, content, composition, mastery of techniques, creativity, and craftsmanship. Please list all media used in the description field for your entries.

Notification of acceptance will be sent by February 12, 2024. Accepted work must arrive at CORE by Friday, March 1, 2024 by 4 pm. The exhibition runs Friday, March 8 – Sunday, March 24, 2024, with an artist reception on Friday, March 8, 5:00 - 10:00 pm. Juror: Mami Yamamoto.
