About This Call
WORK National Juried Student Design Exhibition is open to all current undergraduate and graduate graphic design students, as well as designers who graduated within the last calendar year. The exhibition accepts any graphic design work created as part of a class, on your own, or for a client, including advertising, illustration, publications, identity/branding, typography, interactive, motion, posters, packaging, and related disciplines.
Entry fee is $10 for up to 5 entries, plus a $5 media fee. Submissions must include 1-5 work samples (images, audio, or video). Image submissions must be at least 1200 pixels on the longest side, 10 inches on longest side, in RGB format, JPG, and under 5MB. If an entry has multiple components, combine them onto a single artboard to submit one image file per entry. Two-dimensional work will be hung using bulldog clips on wires. Three-dimensional work can be represented with a photograph and/or 2D representations and/or the actual prototype. Detailed shipping and mounting instructions will accompany notification of acceptance.
The juror is Tommy Perez, a freelance multidisciplinary maker based in Southern California who has collaborated with clients including 20th Century Fox, adidas, Coca-Cola, Facebook, Marvel Entertainment, and Target. The exhibition runs January 20 - February 17, 2022. JSU reserves the right to disqualify entries that are poorly crafted or presented, or do not arrive on time. Contact [email protected] for questions.
