Work: Juried Exhibition of Functional Art

Crooked Tree Arts Center in Petoskey, Michigan is accepting submissions for Work: Juried Exhibition of Functional Art. U.S. artists 18 and older are invited to submit original works exploring the intersections of aesthetics and functionality. All media are eligible. Work must have been completed in the past five years. Creative and experimental approaches to the theme are welcome.

Entry fee is $35.00 for three entries (CTAC members $20.00, Guild Members free). Additional entries may be submitted for $5 per entry. Artists may submit up to six entries total. Submit 3-6 images online between June 10 - July 22, 2022. Notification will be sent by Friday, August 5, 2022. The exhibition will be on display in Petoskey's Bonfield Gallery from September 17 to November 5, 2022.

$1000 in prizes will be awarded: First Place $500, Second Place $300, Third Place $200. Work must be delivered to Crooked Tree Arts Center between September 3-10, 2022. Artists are responsible for transporting work to and from the venue. If shipping, artwork must arrive with a return shipping label. Unsold artwork must be picked up during gallery hours on November 8-12, 2022, or by appointment. Works delivered with return shipping arrangements will be sent by November 14, 2022. Crooked Tree Arts Center retains a 40% commission on all sales. Works do not have to be for sale.
