Women Artists Making Their Mark 2023

O'Hanlon Center for the Arts invites submissions for the 15th annual Women Artists Making Their Mark, an online juried exhibition. The show is open to all artists identifying as female, ages 16 and older. Works must be created by an artist who identifies as female but do not need to reference or allude to women or women's issues. Works do not need to be for sale.

Artists may submit up to 3 individual pieces of artwork. All media are welcome except video, including photography, fiber, sculpture, and digital work. Diptychs and triptychs are considered 1 piece and must be submitted as one image. Image files must be JPEG or JPG format, 1,200 pixels or greater on the longest side, under 5 MB, with sRGB color profile. Entry fee is $40 for non-members or $30 for O'Hanlon members. The submission deadline is August 13, 2023 at 11:59 p.m. MDT. Artists will be notified of results by email by August 18, 2023.

The exhibition will be juried by Donna Seager and Suzanne Gray of Seager Gray Gallery. The online show runs from August 22 to October 3, 2023. A Zoom roundtable discussion will be held on August 22 at 4 p.m. Pacific Time. Works previously shown at O'Hanlon Gallery in-house or online are not eligible for consideration.
