About This Call
Exhibizone presents "Woman," celebrating International Women's Day on March 8, 2023. This exhibition honors women's achievements and raises awareness about global issues facing women. Any abstract or representational artists working in any medium are invited to submit artistic expressions on this subject and participate in this popular art exhibition from the Diversia series, which has attracted 4,000,000+ visitors worldwide.
Selected artworks will be exhibited online from March 8, 2023 to April 8, 2023. Awards include exhibition placement, catalogue publication, digital certificate, promotional badges, and public choice cash prizes. Five artists with the highest visitor ratings will collectively win CAD 500 (CAD 100 per artist, transferred via PayPal). Selected artworks will be promoted for online sales, and artists can set works as not for sale. All selected artworks and artists will be published in a stylish colorful exhibition catalogue available in both online and print versions. Artists will receive a digital promotional badge for each artwork, visitor reviews and ratings, exhibition promotion including press releases and social media presentation, regular reports with analytics and engagement statistics, and a free online profile page on the Biafarin platform.
Submission is free. If selected, there is a USD 35 fixed fee. Up to 5 artworks are accepted per submission. Artists can submit up to 6 pieces of original artworks related to the subject, with a maximum of 2 artworks selected per artist. All media are welcome including painting, drawing, illustration, graphics, printmaking, calligraphy, photography, digital arts, fiber arts, sculpture, installation, crafts, and mixed media. Artworks must be entirely the work of the entrant, executed without instructor supervision, and preferably created within the last 5 years. Artists must have all rights for presenting and publishing artworks internationally. Entries must not be copies or derivatives of other copyrighted or published work. Artworks including pornography, violence, racial or religious hatred, or inappropriate or offensive content are not admissible. All payments are non-refundable.
