Winter's Palette

Artists may submit one work that has not been previously shown at Salmagundi. Outside dimensions of frames may not exceed 36 inches. Sculptures should be no more than 30 inches high and no more than 40 pounds. All works must be professionally framed with wire for hanging, or if framing is not applicable, professionally presentable for gallery display with appropriate mounting. If displaying work under glass, plexi-glass must be used to avoid breakage.

Accepted artists may deliver work in-person during receiving days or ship to the venue. If shipping, artists should arrange arrival one week before the exhibition opens and must include a return shipping label. Works being shipped should be sent in reusable shipping boxes with the exhibition name on the outside. Accepted artists will receive hangtags via email that must be printed, filled out legibly, and attached to each artwork before delivery. If work is not for sale, write "NFS" on the hangtag. The club receives 30% of all sales, with 70% going to the artist. Accepted work will remain in place during the exhibition and cannot be removed until it ends.

Submit original high-quality JPEG image files at least 1900 pixels on the longest edge with a maximum file size of 30 MB. Images should be cropped to show only the artwork with no visible matting, frames, or background. Ensure images are oriented correctly and use the sRGB color profile. Entry fees are not refundable and must be submitted by the entry deadline of December 16, 2024.
