Winter Small Works

This exhibition is open to women artists ages 18 and up who are US citizens or permanent residents. Entry fees are $35-$50 depending on the number of entries (2 or 3 works). Awards include NAWA First Place ($250), Second Place ($200), Third Place ($150), and two Honorable Mentions ($50 each).

All submitted works must be original and for sale. Maximum size for 2-D wall works and wall hanging sculpture (including frame) is 15" x 15" x 5". Sculpture must be under 15" in any direction. Works cannot be substituted and must be available for the duration of the exhibition. NAWA receives 30% commission on all sales, with artists receiving 70%. Graphic violence and lewd sexual content are prohibited; nudes are acceptable at the committee's discretion.

Submissions require high-quality JPEG images at least 1500 pixels on the longest edge (maximum 30 MB file size). Images must be cropped to show only the artwork without matting, frames, or background. Include a 250-word artist statement describing your inspiration and creative process. Entry forms must be completed in their entirety with accurate pricing, title, dimensions, and medium information that cannot be changed after submission.
