Winnsboro Art & Wine Festival 2025

The Winnsboro Art & Wine Festival is an opportunity for serious artists to meet and mingle with art collectors and connoisseurs. This is the 16th annual festival taking place November 7-8, 2025, in the Cultural Arts and Main Street District of Winnsboro, Texas. The Bowery's streets are transformed into an open-air fine arts market featuring fine art along with the best of Texas wineries, regional foodies, and live local music. Admission is free to the public. Last year the majority of vendors reported their sales were up over the previous year, with just over 3,000 attendees counted in 2024.

This is a juried art marketplace coordinated by Winnsboro Center for the Arts. Original artwork is accepted in oil, watercolor, glass, pencil, pastels, 2-D/3-D mixed media, photography, sculpture, jewelry, wood, metalwork, printmaking, ceramics, fiber, and textiles. All works must be original handcrafted work produced by the artist. Artists must submit three digital images of artwork and one booth image through ZAPplication, along with a $25 jury fee. Single booths (10x10) are $200, double booths (10x20) are $400. Booth payment is due no later than September 1, 2025.

The festival provides artist amenities including a hospitality room, security from Friday afternoon through Saturday close, volunteer runners and booth sitters, and a welcome dinner on Friday evening. Artists are responsible for their own white tent with weights, display materials, and equipment. The location is an easy 100-mile drive from Dallas, Texarkana, and Shreveport in the Piney Woods of East Texas, with overnight accommodations and RV hook-ups available in the area.
