Submission fee is $30.00. You may submit up to 5 entries. All artwork must be for sale, indicate price including the 25% gallery commission. Deadline for entries is Feb 25, 2026. Notification of acceptance is Feb 28, 2026. If you are out of the area and wish to ship your accepted entry please ship to: Margaret Owens C/O Blaine Arts Council 5620 Sanderling Way Blaine, WA 98230 to be received no later than March 11, 2026. If you are hand delivering to the Gallery 922 Peace Portal Drive, Blaine WA please arrange to deliver March 11 or 12 11-2pm or by arrangement with the gallery.
