About This Call

This is the 11th annual Windermere Art Show in Downtown Windermere, Florida. This elite boutique event will showcase 95+ artists surrounded by music, food and performing arts in a festive atmosphere around Town Square. The event takes place on Saturday, February 28th from 11:00am to 6:00 PM, and Sunday, March 1 from 10 AM to 5:00 PM. This is a judged art show with cash prizes awarded for Best in Show, 1st, 2nd, and 3rd places. Judging begins at 2pm Saturday with awards given directly after judging ends.

Booth spaces are $300 for a 10' x 10' area (maximum of 4 spaces), with a $50 non-refundable application fee that applies toward the booth space if approved. Artists must provide their own tent, tables, chairs and other necessary items for this outdoor event. Electricity is available for an additional $25 fee. All work must be of original design and produced by the exhibiting artist. Giclee art is allowed from the same artist's artwork, but kits, imports, and mass-produced items are not permitted.

Setup begins Saturday at 7:00 AM and must be completed by 11:00 AM. Breakdown starts after 5 PM Sunday. Artists must attend their booths at all times and clearly identify their business name. Parking is available at 436 Oakdale Street and 5th Avenue behind Windermere Baptist Church. This is a rain or shine event with no refunds as booth fees are allocated to advertising and administrative expenses.
