Wilsonville Festival of the Arts @ Charbonneau 2025

Join us October 10-12, 2025 in the Village at Charbonneau, Wilsonville, Oregon, for Arts with Flair, the 41st Wilsonville Festival of the Arts @ Charbonneau, formerly Charbonneau Festival of the Arts. The event includes a Fine Art Gallery, Artist & Artisan Booths, student artwork from area high schools, and silent auction fundraiser. Artists may exhibit up to five (5) pieces in the Fine Art Gallery, participate in the Packaged Art Store, and the Artist & Artisan Booth Show. Exhibits are indoors with no canopies required. Buyers come from throughout the Portland and Willamette Valley areas of Oregon.

The Fine Art Gallery accepts up to five (5) works of hanging art or two (2) sculpture pieces, with diptychs and triptychs counting as two and three pieces respectively. Application fee is $25 with a $45 registration fee upon acceptance. Works larger than 36" wide x 48" high require curator confirmation. Sales through the gallery are subject to a 20% commission. The Artisan Booth Show is sold out but provided 8x8-foot booth spaces with one 6-foot table and two chairs, with electricity available upon request. All artisan booth sales are independent with no commission paid.

The event schedule includes Friday evening opening from 5:00-7:00 p.m. for the Artisan Booth Show and 6:00-9:00 p.m. Opening Night Celebration (tickets required), with Saturday and Sunday hours of 10:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m. with free admission. Awards include ribbon awards in categories such as Acrylics, Oils, Watercolors, Photography, Mixed Media & Other Media, 3-D Art and Best in Show, plus People's Choice awards. Proceeds support public-school arts programs in Wilsonville and Canby, Oregon.
