Wilmette Art Fair 2027

The 5th Annual Wilmette Art Fair takes place in Wilmette, Illinois, on the shore of Lake Michigan, 14 miles north of Chicago. The fair is situated on the streets of downtown Wilmette among upscale retail shops, galleries, cafes and restaurants. The festival will feature approximately 120 juried artists displaying artwork in all mediums including ceramics, glass, jewelry, metal, painting, fiber, photography and wood.

Artists keep all sales income from the show. Booth spaces are 12' wide by 10' deep ($550) or 20' wide by 10' deep ($1,100), with optional corner fee upgrades ($200). Load-in is Friday evening and Saturday morning, with vehicle access to booth spaces. Amdur Productions provides overnight parking for artists at no additional cost, staff support throughout the festival, booth sitting services, and overnight security. Equipment rental (tents, tent weights, tables, chairs) and professional booth setup/take down assistance are available for additional fees. The company coordinates hotel discounts with local properties.

Application deadline is January 18, 2027. Notifications of festival status will be sent online by February 18, 2027. Registration forms and show fees are due by March 18, 2027. Late applications are accepted after January 18 with late registration fees applying after March 19. Refunds are available until April 1, 2027, less a $50 fee. All artwork must be original work created by the accepted artist(s) and must be for sale. Photography and digital art must be printed by the photographer or under their direct supervision. Limited editions and reproductions (numbered and signed up to 500) are allowed. AI-created art is accepted if clearly identified. No buy/sell items or commercially produced work is permitted.
