About This Call
Reuben Saunders Gallery seeks applicants for the Wichita Ceramics Regional Exhibition: Pots with Purpose, a juried group exhibition showcasing the work of regional ceramic artists working in the Central Plains States of Kansas, Nebraska, Texas, Oklahoma, Missouri, and Colorado. Cash prizes totaling up to $5,000 will be awarded.
Application Requirements: Entry fee is $25 for three (3) entries; a set of pieces may be submitted as a single entry. Multiple views may be submitted for each entered piece or set. Applicants must submit a minimum of 1 image and a maximum of 9 images. Open to potters working in the Central Plains States of Kansas, Nebraska, Texas, Oklahoma, Missouri, and Colorado.
Timeline: Submission deadline is September 5, 2025. Notifications begin September 12, 2025. Artist confirmation deadline is September 16, 2025. Shipments/deliveries of work: September 19-26, 2025. Opening reception: October 3, 2025. Exhibition on display: October 3 through November 1, 2025. Return shipments begin November 8, 2025.
