About This Call
The WestWorld Art & Wine Experience takes place November 8-9, 2025 in Scottsdale, Arizona, coinciding with the nationally acclaimed Scottsdale Bentley Polo Championships. This prestigious event brings together 100 nationally juried artists and fine craftsmen, 20 acclaimed Arizona wineries, live musical performances, and interactive art demonstrations at the WestWorld of Scottsdale venue.
The event is organized by Vermillion Promotions and Arizona Wine Festivals, with promoters bringing over 50 years of combined art industry experience and festival promotions. Artists receive amenities including experienced staff, bottled water and snacks, volunteer booth sitters, 24-hour security, 10' x 10' tents if requested, and all-day load-in. Booth spaces are available in three sizes: 12' x 12' for $400, 10' x 15' for $500, and 10' x 20' for $700, with a $30 application fee.
All work must be original design and personal execution. The jury process requires five images including one booth shot and four images of current work. Artists must provide valid Arizona Transaction Privilege Tax numbers, clean white fire retardant canopies, and professional displays. Setup begins Friday at 12pm or Saturday morning from 7:00am to 9:30am, with all participants required to be ready by 9:30am. Application fees are non-refundable, and no refunds are available after September 26, 2025.
