About This Call
The Westfield Art+Design+Fashion Fair is a dynamic opportunity for serious artists looking to expand their audience in one of New Jersey's most affluent and vibrant communities. Taking place October 31 - November 2, 2025 at The Armory in Westfield, NJ, the event attracts visitors from New Jersey and New York in a regional shopping and arts destination with over 200 retailers and 400 businesses. The average median household income is $185,300, with many residents commuting to New York City, and Westfield is just a half hour's drive from Manhattan.
All work must be handmade in the USA or Canada by the exhibiting artist. Categories accepted include 2D Mixed Media, Ceramics, Drawing, Fiber-Decorative, Fiber-Wearable, Furniture, Glass, Jewelry, Leather, Metal, Mixed Media, Painting, Photography, Sculpture, and Wood. Booth options range from 8'x10' ($565) to 10'x15' ($935) with corner spaces available for an additional $225. All booths include 500 watts of electricity and must be enclosed on three sides with a minimum height of 6 feet.
The selection process is conducted by Richard & Joanna Rothbard, show producers and owners of An American Craftsman Galleries, based on originality of design, technical expertise, overall aesthetics, and presentation. Show hours are Friday 3pm-7pm, Saturday 10am-6pm, and Sunday 10am-5pm. The $35 application fee is non-refundable once accepted, and jury notification will be emailed within 4 weeks of the application deadline. Amenities include overnight security, online artist listing with image and website, and show catalog listing opportunities.
