West Loop Music & Art Fest 2025

Bash Creates is honored to take the reins of the West Loop Music & Art Fest in 2025, its 9th year! Located on Fulton Street in the West Loop, one of Chicago's premier go-to neighborhoods, this two-day outdoor fest (rain or shine) celebrates all levels of artistic expression — from up-and-coming creators to quality crafters, and seasoned fine artists. The fest rubs elbows with a dynamic urban collection of local food, art & innovation, and benefits from the West Loop's energetic, art-loving community with buying power. Artists/artisans keep all sales.

The event takes place September 20-21, 2025, with fest hours Saturday/Sunday 12-10pm (artists required to stay open through 8pm). Applications are accepted through August 29, 2025, with a free application fee. Five images are required along with a booth shot. Emerging artists are accepted. Accepted media includes 2D work (drawing, digital art, painting, photography, printmaking, 2D mixed media) and 3D work (ceramics, fiber, fashion/wearables, glass, jewelry, metal, paper, sculpture, stone, 3D mixed media, wood, bath/body/spa, candles, folk/traditional art).

All booths are on pavement with spaces approximately 12' wide by 10' deep. Corner and double booths are available on a limited basis. Artist amenities include no commission on sales, designated artist area with restrooms, drinks and snacks, boothsitting, and 24/7 security. Tent rentals, tables, chairs, electricity, and other extras are available for additional fees. Only original, handcrafted work is permitted, and all work must match the quality and category approved by the jury.
