West End Arts Festival 2025

Apply and sell your art at the 29th West End Arts Festival in La Grange, IL. This juried fine art festival is a popular end-of-the-summer event for the community as well as for high-caliber artists from across the country due to its strong reputation as being well-organized and being very artist friendly. The event draws interested buyers to the upscale and family-friendly Village of La Grange as it is easily accessible and located 20 min. west of Chicago. It is held along Burlington Avenue with the historic Stone Avenue Metra train station as a backdrop in a picture-perfect setting surrounded by old trees, small businesses and free parking.

The 2025 show runs 10 am - 5 pm on Saturday, September 6 & Sunday, September 7. The festival features coordinated loading and unloading with vehicle pull-up allowed to booth, Friday afternoon check-in and set-up available, professionally judged awards with $1,000 cash and ribbon prizes, booth sitters, overnight security, and a festival program with artist listings. Awards include Best of Show ($500), 1st Place ($250), 2nd Place ($150), and 3rd Place ($100), with award winners invited back the following year with jury fee waived.

Booth fees are $375 for standard 10x10 booth, $450 for corner booth, $725 for double booth, and $775 for double corner booth. An Emerging Artist section is available for $225 for new artists who have done less than two shows. Application fee is $35 and requires 5 images plus a booth shot. Accepted mediums include ceramics, drawing, fiber, furniture, glass, jewelry, painting, sculpture, wood, metal, mixed media, photography, and printmaking. Artists must be present at their booth both days and work must be original and completed by the artist.
