About This Call
The Webster Arts Fair is held on the grounds of Eden Theological Seminary in historic Webster Groves, Missouri, just 10 minutes west of downtown St. Louis. Supported by Webster Arts, a nonprofit organization, the fair features top-quality original art from national and regional artists, on-site food from local restaurants, live music performances, and creative activities that draw 15,000 visitors and buyers from around the region each year. The 2026 Webster Arts Fair will be held on June 5-7, 2026.
The fair offers extensive artist amenities including complimentary artist meals, snacks and water delivered to booths, booth sitters for breaks, air-conditioned artist break area with flush toilets, close free parking, affordable accommodations at Webster University dorms within walking distance, 24-hour security, easy load-in and load-out with volunteer assistance, and 150 committed volunteers. Applications open November 1st, 2025, with an application fee of $35. Five images are required including four individual pieces of work produced within the last 3 years and one booth shot showing overall presentation.
All work exhibited must be created by the applying artist in their own studio, and artists may only exhibit work in their juried category. Categories include Ceramics/Clay, Digital, Drawing and Pastels, Fiber, Glass, Jewelry, Mixed Media, Painting, Photography, Sculpture, Wood, and Printmaking. Commercially-produced items bearing your art are not permitted. Work must be completed within the last 3 years, and reproductions of paintings on canvas are not allowed.
