Wayzata Art Experience 2025

The Wayzata West Metro Chamber presents the Wayzata Art Experience, attracting more than 20,000 visitors from the Twin Cities/West Metro Minnesota area. This 21st annual event is held in the heart of downtown Wayzata on the shores of Lake Minnetonka, providing a 2-day lakeside celebration of art, music, food and fun. The show will be open to the public on Saturday, June 21 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Sunday, June 22 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., showcasing 150 quality fine art artists.

The jury process is anonymous and looks for quality, originality and consistency of design. All work must be original, handcrafted work with one of a kind work preferred. Reproductions may comprise no more than 40% of the booth. Artists must be present with their work for the entirety of posted hours and prominently display an Artist Statement with their picture. The Wayzata West Metro Chamber will recognize artists with first, second, and third place cash awards, certificates, and automatic acceptance to next year's show with fees waived.

Booth spaces are approximately 11' x 11' for $350 (single) or 22' x 11' for $700 (double). The application fee is $40 (nonrefundable) and booth fees are due by April 16 for accepted artists. Artists are responsible for 8.53% Hennepin County sales tax collection and payment. Amenities include volunteers for setup assistance, free parking, overnight security, complimentary refreshments, and promotional benefits including website features and media advertising.
