Wayne Art Center Regional Juried Spring Open

Wayne Art Center's 2025 Regional Juried Spring Open is an exhibition featuring works in painting, drawing, printmaking, works on paper, photography, mixed media, ceramics, sculpture, glass, jewelry, metals, fiber and 3D printing technology. The exhibition runs from March 31 to April 26, 2025 at Wayne Art Center, 413 Maplewood Avenue, Wayne, PA 19087.

Artists from PA, NJ, NY, DE, MD, VA and Washington, DC who are 18 and older are eligible to submit up to two original works created between 2023 and 2025. The entry fee is $50 for up to two artworks. Artists submitting 3-dimensional works may upload an additional view of each piece. 3D work should not weigh more than 70 lbs, and galleries can accommodate work up to 12 feet high as long as it is installation-ready and can fit through doors that are 90" high X 60" wide. All works must be for sale and cannot have been previously exhibited at Wayne Art Center. Works must be hand-delivered to and retrieved from Wayne Art Center; no shipped work will be accepted. Artwork must remain on display throughout the duration of the exhibition.

The juror is Christine Lafuente, an artist, curator, educator and writer with an MFA from Brooklyn College. Prizes totaling $3,000 will be awarded and presented at the Reception & Awards Presentation. Accepted artists will be notified on March 1, 2025. Hand-delivery of work is scheduled for March 20-21, 2025 (10am-5pm). Work retrieval is April 26, 2025 (4-5pm) and April 28, 2025 (10am-5pm). Wayne Art Center will process all sales and retain a 40% commission of the sale price.
