About This Call
The Watershed Center for the Ceramic Arts is seeking enthusiastic, motivated individuals for seasonal roles including Studio Assistant, Residency Liaison, Hospitality Coordinator, Assistant Cook, and Dining Coordinator. Seasonal staff are essential to the success of our summer programs, including artist residencies, workshops, and special events. You will work closely with a vibrant creative community, supporting artists and helping ensure a positive, productive experience for all. Private cabin accommodations and three meals/day provided. Work in a collaborative environment with access to studio space, materials, and free kiln firings (when not in use by residents). Opportunity to sell your work at our annual Salad Days event. Hourly wage, 30-40 hours/week, with evening and weekend hours required. 24 hours of paid time off. Meals, studio access, and creative growth opportunities.
