WaterFire Sharon, PA 2025

WaterFire Sharon, PA, is an established, premier art and music festival. The 2025 season features two one-day-long events on Saturday, July 26th, and Saturday, September 20th. The festival showcases talented regional artists, creative craftsmen, diverse musicians, and performing artists. WaterFire Sharon PA is a unique, artistic display of fifty-five fire baskets floating on the Shenango River. The baskets burn through the night, filling downtown Sharon with the aroma of burning pine and cedar. Accompanying the beautiful images of fire on the water is an eclectic mix of music from around the world. Lightings begin at dusk, and the fires are tended until 11:00 pm. Other events and the art festival start at 2 pm.

A juried selection process has been established to ensure the quality of all attending artists. The application deadline is September 6th. Application fee is $70, and emerging artists are accepted. Four images are required including one booth shot. Booth spaces are 10' x 10' with minimal electricity provided. All vendors must supply their own white tent. Booth fees are $70 for one event or $110 for two events. Artists must be present on-site during the entire festival from 2 to 11 p.m. Only original work created by the accepted artist may be displayed or sold, and work must match the quality and nature of submitted images.
