About This Call
Watercress Fest 2026 is a spring pop-up market taking place on April 18, 2026 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Saline Courthouse Museum in Rose, Oklahoma. The festival will feature cultural games and art demonstrations, conservation and ethnobotany tours, native food trucks, and live music, centering on the relationship to land and water with conversations focusing on conservationism and stewardship of the Cherokee Nation Reservation.
The event seeks vendors selling all types of goods including arts and crafts, environmentally friendly products, nature-themed items, plants and gardening supplies, wearables, and gift items. Both artist and non-artist vendors are welcome. The vendor fee is $25.00, payable after application acceptance. Booth spaces measure at least 10 feet by 10 feet. Vendors must furnish all necessary equipment including tents, tables, chairs, and displays. No electrical outlets are provided, but portable generators are allowed if quiet. Load-in hours are 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m., with personal vehicles required to be parked off-site by 9:30 a.m. Load-out takes place after 4:00 p.m. Vendors are responsible for cleanup of their assigned site and removal of all equipment and inventory by 5:30 p.m. A representative must be present in the booth at all times during the event. There are no refunds after the vendor fee is paid.
