Water Street Fine Art & Fine Craft Fair 2026

The Water Street Fine Art & Fine Craft Fair is a juried art exhibition and sale held along Water Street in Downtown Naperville, adjacent to the Naperville Riverwalk, Naper Settlement, and Hotel Indigo Naperville Riverwalk. The fair is scheduled for Sunday, July 12, 2026, from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm. Artists may set up from 6:30 am to 9:30 am along their assigned booth.

Participation is limited to approximately 35 Chicago Suburban artists (NOT City of Chicago) working in painting (acrylic, oil, water media), drawing, sculpture, fiber, graphics, mixed media, jewelry, photography, pottery, metalwork, glass, wood, and digital art. Standard booth size is 10 x 12 feet. Booth fees are $150 per booth, payable by credit/debit card. Artists must provide their own tents, display boards, tables, and chairs. Tents must be weighted down and not staked into the ground. The application deadline is May 31, 2026. Invited notification will be available June 12, 2026, and invited artists must remit booth fees by June 21, 2026.

One Best of Show award of $250 cash will be awarded. At the judges' discretion, up to four Honorable Mention Awards may be given, each carrying an invitation to return to the show in 2027. Amenities include complimentary continental breakfast, on-site security, electricity in limited areas at no extra charge, roving booth sitters, complimentary bottled water, and parking close to the fair. Artists must be present at their booth. The same quality and media of work juried into the fair must be exhibited. No commercially made products, imported/mass produced work, or fabricated forms are permitted. No more than 25% of offered work shall be prints. Tear down begins at 5:30 pm on Sunday, and all vendors must be off Water Street by 7:30 pm.
