About This Call
This 3-day Memorial Day weekend event takes place on Village Green Park overlooking beautiful Walloon Lake. The show runs Saturday & Sunday 10am to 5pm, Monday 10am to 3pm (optional). This incredible venue is located in the middle of the village and offers spectacular Northern Michigan lakefront views along the marina. The event features 50 artist booth spaces and is centrally located between Petoskey, Boyne City, Harbor Springs, Charlevoix, Traverse City and Mackinaw.
Amenities include complimentary bottled water daily, coffee & pastries each morning, free vendor parking, and booth sitters. Categories are capped with no more than 25% jewelry. Designated overnight self-contained parking is available for $40 (arrive after 1pm Friday, depart by 8pm Sunday). Artists are selected through a review by qualified experts, with top artists chosen according to skill and quality of work.
Application fee is $15 before February 1st, $25 after. Booth fees are $295 for standard, $370 for corner, and $500 for double booth. A $50 deposit is required within 7 days of acceptance to secure your space. Setup begins Friday 2pm-6pm and continues Saturday 7am-8:30am. All vehicles must be off the festival footprint by 9am. Booth spaces are approximately 12' x 12' on grass, and all exhibitor tents must be white.
