Wall Calendar Photo Contest 2022 - Brooks Resources

Brooks Resources Corporation, a real estate development company based in Bend, Oregon, invites photographers to submit original photographs for the 2022 Wall Calendar contest. The selected photograph will be featured on the Brooks Resources Wall Calendar, which is distributed free to area residents, visitors, and businesses. The winning artist will receive a grand prize of $1,500.

The theme for the 2022 Wall Calendar is "Resilience." Photographers must submit 1-3 images created within the last 3 years and include a brief artist statement explaining how each photograph relates to the resilience theme. The description of the photograph's relationship to the theme may be included in promotional materials. All photographs must be original work taken by the artist, with no alterations beyond minor editing. Photographs including recognizable faces require signed written consent from subjects. Selected images must be high-resolution, capable of printing at poster size (preferably at least 18" on the longest side at 300dpi).

Eligibility: Artists must be 18 years or older and live in Oregon. The contest is open to both amateur and professional photographers. Applications must be submitted through CaFÉ by November 5, 2021. The selected artist will be notified in November 2021, with the calendar printed and distributed from mid-December 2021 through spring 2022. Artists retain all rights to their images but agree that submitted photographs can be used by Brooks Resources for the 2022 Wall Calendar and promotional purposes on their website and social media, with artist credit provided. The $1,500 prize is non-transferable and must be collected by the artist.
