WABI-SABI II

Art Fluent invites artists worldwide to submit artwork to their online exhibit, WABI-SABI II. The theme explores the Japanese concept of WABI-SABI, which refers to that which is impermanent, imperfect, aged, humbled, and unconventional. Artists are invited to show WABI-SABI from their perspective, expressing the simplicity of composition and exploring the meaning and beauty of everyday objects.

All accepted pieces will be displayed in the online gallery at www.art-fluent.com. Awards include Best of Show ($750) and two Director's Choice awards ($250 each). The entry fee is $25 for the first entry and $10 for each additional entry, with up to 20 total entries allowed. JPEGs are due by Friday, March 6, 2026, at midnight MST, with notification of acceptance and online gallery opening by Friday, April 3, 2026.

This call is open to artists worldwide, both amateur and professional, and accepts all fine art mediums including oil, acrylic, watermedia, pastel, drawing, printmaking, mixed media, photography, sculpture, fiber, wood, ceramics, film/video, and digital art. AI work will not be accepted. Work that has been selected for previous exhibits with Art Fluent will not be considered. All sales inquiries are directed to the artist, who receives 100% of the sale.
