WAA 2025 Sip & Stroll Artists' Exhibition

Woodinville Arts Alliance and Sparkman Cellars present the 2025 Sip & Stroll Art Walk, a juried exhibition on display October 31st to November 1st, 2025 at Sparkman Cellars. The exhibition will be judged by Anna Macrae on October 31st, followed by the Sip & Stroll event from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM where visitors can meet artists, sip wine, listen to live music, and view the show. The awards ceremony takes place during this time, and the exhibition remains on display through the weekend.

Eligibility: All participating artists must be members of the Woodinville Arts Alliance (annual membership $44). Artists may submit up to 3 original pieces created within 2 years of the show date. Accepted art categories include Acrylic, Ceramic, Digital, Mixed Media, Oil, Pastel, Pencil, Photography, Watercolor, Fiber/Textile, and 3-D (no Artificial Intelligence). All works must be original, for sale, and ready to hang with wire. Size requirements: minimum 144 square inches (12" x 12") to maximum 2304 square inches (48" x 48"). Matted work must have glass or plexiglass covering. Giclee prints, art prints, and copies are not accepted. Wet paintings or damaged frames will not be accepted.

Entry fees: $35 for one artwork, $40 for two entries, $45 for three entries, plus a $5 media fee. Application deadline is October 2nd, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. MDT via CAFE platform. Artists will be notified of acceptance by October 8th. Artwork delivery is October 31st between 10:00 AM and 11:00 AM at Sparkman Cellars. All entries must be priced to sell and remain on display for the duration of the event. Woodinville Arts Alliance retains a 30% commission on sales.
