About This Call
Visual Art Journal is a magazine that selects and publishes works of emerging artists. The magazine features up to 120 elegantly designed pages, printed on high-quality paper and distributed worldwide.
Submissions are open to artists from any country who are 18 years and older. All forms of visual art are accepted, including Craft/Traditional Arts, Photography, Drawing, Film/Video/New Media, Mixed-Media/Multi-Discipline, Painting, and Sculpture. Submission is free for all applicants.
Selected artists will be featured in both the print and digital versions of the magazine. Chosen artists will receive a free digital copy of the magazine in PDF format and photos of their physical magazine pages. Selected artists will have the opportunity to participate in a Times Square billboard showcase in New York City and will be featured on the magazine's Instagram account (40k+ subscribers). The magazine is curated by artist Anna Gvozdeva.
