Villa Kujoyama Residency

Located in Kyoto, Villa Kujoyama is a multidisciplinary research residency that hosts artists, craftspeople, and researchers for stays of four to six months. During their residency, participants benefit from time and space entirely dedicated to their practice and research, without any production requirements. They are encouraged to build relationships with artistic, cultural, academic, and economic circles throughout Japan. To support their research and identify relevant contacts for their projects, they receive artistic guidance from a dedicated on-site team.
