About This Call
The Red Bluff Art Gallery invites artists worldwide to submit work for the Vibrant Landscapes 2024 competition. The gallery has sponsored more than 300 exhibitions over more than 14 years and supports international art. Selected artwork will be displayed in a virtual exhibition and promoted through the gallery's website, social media, and collector contacts. Artists retain 100% of proceeds from sales, with the gallery providing direct website details for purchase.
The theme encompasses all interpretations of natural landscapes including oceans, islands, trees, flowers, gardens, farmlands, deserts, forests, mountains, streams, and wildlife habitats. All fine art mediums are welcome: painting, drawing, printmaking, mixed media, sculpture, fiber arts, digital art, and photography. Entry fee is $30 for the first entry and $10 for each additional entry, up to 20 total entries. All entry fees support administration costs, juror fees, cash prizes, and the Accidental Animal Rescue Center.
Awards include First Place ($200), Second Place ($150), Third Place ($100), and multiple Special Recognition Awards ($50 each). All selected artwork receives a Notice of Award in the virtual exhibit. The competition is open to professional and amateur artists internationally. Entries open February 28th and close May 13th at 11:59 p.m. MDT. Notification of selections and the online exhibit opening is June 13th. Artwork must be original work not created with instructor assistance. By entering, artists grant the gallery permission to use images for promotion with proper credit.
