About This Call
ISEA is hosting "Utterly Unfathomable and Powerfully Profound" - ISEA's 4th Annual Members Only Online Juried Exhibition. This is an invitational exhibition for ISEA members in good standing with current dues paid. Members may submit one original experimental artwork in any media, including photography, sculpture, and video, completed within the last three years and not previously shown in any ISEA online or venue-based exhibitions.
Work samples may include up to 2 images and 1 video (minimum 1 total sample required). Images must be JPEG or JPG format, 1800 pixels or greater on the longest side, and under 5MB. Sculpture submissions must include two views. Video files must be MOV, MP4, WMV, 3GP, AVI, ASF, MPG, M2T, MKV, or M2TS format, under 100MB, and no longer than 10 minutes. An artist statement of 1000 characters or less explaining why the work is experimental is required. Entry fee is $25.00.
Entries are accepted October 15-31, 2022. Jury dates are November 5-10, 2022, with the exhibition online November 15, 2022. Awards include First Place $1500, Second Place $1000, Third Place $750, Fourth Place $500, Juror Award $250, and five Merit Awards of $100 each. Juror is Peggy Zalucha, AWS, NWS. Inclusion in this exhibition counts toward ISEA Signature, Nautilus, or Master status. By entering, artists agree that ISEA may display their work and information on ISEA digital sites, social media, and future advertisements with proper attribution.
