URBAN

Art Fluent invites artists worldwide to submit artwork to URBAN, an online exhibition. The theme focuses on urban landscapes and the essence of urban life, seeking artwork that captures the complexities, contrasts, and vibrant energy of cityscapes from your perspective.

Submissions must be received by Friday, October 6, 2023 at midnight MST. Accepted artists will be notified by Friday, November 3, 2023, and all accepted pieces will be displayed in the online gallery at www.art-fluent.com. Entry fee is $25 for the first entry and $10 for each additional entry, with a maximum of 20 total entries. Payment is non-refundable and does not guarantee acceptance. For 3D work, additional detail shots do not require additional fees; send these by email to [email protected].

Awards include Best of Show ($750) and two Director's Choice awards ($250 each). The exhibition is curated and juried by Creative Director Amy Matteson Neill along with an anonymous committee of jurors. This call is open to artists worldwide, both amateur and professional. Work must be original and not copied or done under instructor guidance. All fine art mediums are accepted (oil, acrylic, watermedia, pastel, drawing, printmaking, mixed media, photography, sculpture, fiber, wood, ceramics, film/video, digital art), except AI-generated work. Work previously selected for Art Fluent exhibits is not eligible. Diptychs and triptychs should be uploaded as a single image. Artists retain 100% of sales. A portion of entry fee proceeds is donated to arts organizations and artist support organizations.
