Unreal 2024 - 2nd Annual Juried Exhibition, Publication, and Sales

Gallerium presents Unreal 2024, the 2nd annual dual juried exhibition and publication art opportunity celebrating surreal art. This international opportunity invites visual artists working in any 2D or 3D medium to submit original surreal works. The subject is free and includes a vast range of art from abstract to hyper-realism inspired by the world beyond the ordinary. Example subjects and categories include dreamscapes and surreal landscapes, fantastic beings and mythical creatures, metamorphosis and transcendence, absurdity and paradox, memory and nostalgia in surrealism, and surreal still life and portraiture.

Selected artworks will be showcased in an international online group exhibition from September 18 to November 18, 2024. Selected works will be published in The Book of Arts: Unreal publication, available in both online and print versions through print-on-demand services and distributed globally to thousands of readers including experts, galleries, curators, businesses, and art enthusiasts. All selected artworks and artists will also be published in a stylish colorful exhibition catalogue in both online and print versions.

Submission is free. Only selected artists pay a fixed selection fee of USD 40. Up to 6 artworks can be submitted, with a maximum of 2 artworks selected per artist. Selected artists receive honorable mention digital certificates (10 artists), digital sharable exhibition posters, social media promotional badges, digital certificates, free online profile pages on the Biafarin platform, and reports containing views, comments, popularity ratings, engagement rates, and sales statistics. A money-back guarantee is available for all selection fee payments until the exhibition's official opening day. Artworks must be entirely the work of the entrant and original, with no size or creation year limits, though artworks created within the last 5 years are preferred.
