UnCommon Clay 3: Functional to Fantastic

UnCommon Clay 3 is a juried exhibition of clay artists along the Front Range, showcasing clay artists' signature work. The exhibition is open to clay artists from Fort Collins to Colorado Springs.

Entry Requirements: Non-refundable entry fee of $35 for up to 3 pieces. Submission deadline is September 22, 2017 at 11:59 p.m. MDT. Art will be juried by digital images. Submit 1-6 images that are cropped, excluding framing and background, and must represent the work exactly. An image list is required and must include title, media, dimensions, year completed, and price. Open to clay artists only; art must be 90% clay and original work only. Notification of acceptance is Wednesday, October 11. The juror is Shelley Schriber at the Denver Art Students League.

Delivery and Exhibition: Artists are responsible for delivery and pick-up of art to/from the Arts Longmont Gallery in Longmont, CO. Artists may ship art to the gallery with paid return shipping. Art is due November 1-3, with a deadline of November 3 at 5pm. The Opening Reception and Awards ceremony is November 10, 6-9pm. Additional events include a 2nd Friday Event on December 8, 6-9pm. The exhibition closes December 23, and artists may pick up art December 27-29. A 40% commission applies to sales.
