Two Evenings of Fine/Demi-fine/Art Jewelry and Sculpture

Woodinville Arts Alliance is calling regional sculptors and jewelers to submit their work for a two-evening showcase at Betz Family Winery in Western Washington's wine district on November 17th and 18th. This event will feature fine/demi-fine/art jewelry paired with sculptural pieces in a curated experience meant to inspire holiday shoppers looking for the perfect piece from regional artisans. Attendees will be able to stroll through the exhibit and purchase pieces while sipping wine crafted by the host.

Each selected artist will have an approximately 10'x10' space with power to set up their table/display, lighting, and point of sale system. Artists must submit imagery of both their jewelry or sculpture work and their display setup. The showroom requests that black tablecloths be used on top of showcasing tables. All showcased pieces must be unsold and priced. Artists must have their own Point of Sale system/equipment and packaging ready throughout the show. Selected artists will be curated throughout the showroom, with jewelers and sculptures paired at the discretion of the event planning committee.

Artists are required to attend both events in person and run their respective display areas and point of sale systems each evening. There is no booth fee, and Woodinville Arts Alliance will not take a commission for any items sold. Art can be no larger than 3' width x 8' height x 3' length. Artists must be members of the Woodinville Arts Alliance ($39/yr membership fee). Entry fee is $30.00. Submit 3-10 images of your work. Details such as load-in/load-out times will be sent to selected artists approximately 2-3 weeks prior to the event.
