Tubac Center of the Arts Open Studio Tour 2019

The Tubac Center of the Arts Open Studio Tour 2019 invites Santa Cruz Valley artists to participate in an exhibition, poster contest, and studio tour taking place March 15, 16, & 17, 2019 from 10:00 am-4pm. Artist studios must be located between Sahuarita and Nogales, Arizona, along the I-19 corridor. The Open Studio Tour is a marketing opportunity for serious professionals and a supportive environment to nurture and present new and emerging artists.

Participating artists may contribute one piece to the Open Studio Tour preview exhibition, which runs January 18 to March 17, 2019. The preview exhibit is optional with no additional fees and provides an opportunity to preview and sell work. All artwork in the preview exhibit must be for sale, with TCA retaining a 40% commission. Artists may also apply to the optional poster contest. Entry requirements: work must be original, entirely the work of the artist, executed within the last 24 months, and cannot have been previously shown at TCA. Giclee reproductions printed on canvas are not permitted.

Entry fees are $120 for non-members and $90 for TCA artist members (member discount code: Members19). The poster contest entry fee is $20. The entry deadline is January 10, 2019 at 11:59 p.m. MST. High-resolution catalog images (minimum 300 dpi) are due December 31, 2018, and preview exhibit artwork is due January 14-15, 2019.
