About This Call
Hi-Art is an annual exhibit at Tubac Center of the Arts highlighting student art from high school students from Sahuarita, Walden Grove, Rio Rico, and Nogales high schools. Students may enter up to 2 works of art in any medium. Entry is free.
Artwork may be for sale, with 100% of the sale amount paid to the artist. Awards include: Best of Show ($300), Sid Cedargreen Award ($200), Award of Excellence ($150), and Award of Merit ($100). Students must submit high resolution images of their work to [email protected] for consideration of use in marketing materials including postcards, the TCA website, enews, Facebook, and other advertising opportunities.
The exhibition runs May 3-17, 2013. The opening reception is Friday, May 3 from 5-7pm. Art delivery is due at TCA by Tuesday, April 30. Unsold artwork may be picked up Friday-Monday, May 17-20. For questions or assistance, contact TCA at 520-398-2371 or [email protected].
