Tubac Center of the Arts Earth Exhibition

The Tubac Center of the Arts presents Earth, an exhibition of art created from materials related to the earth, including clay, bronze, ceramic, wood, glass, terra cotta, soapstone, metal, and sculptural materials. Artists are urged to enter work that is innovative in concept and approach, whether representational or abstract. Work must have been completed within the last 24 months and cannot have been previously displayed at TCA. All work must be the original creation of the artist.

Entry fee is $25 ($20 for TCA members with discount code Earth18), with an additional $5 per entry for up to four total work samples. Up to four digital images in jpg format may be submitted for jurying. Awards include Best of Show ($400), Award of Excellence ($250), Award of Merit ($100), and Honorable Mention ($75). The juror is Bram Colby, a collector and former gallerist.

Shipped artwork is due January 8-12, 2018, and hand-delivered artwork is due January 15, 2018. The exhibition runs January 19 through February 25, 2018, with an opening reception on January 19 from 5-7pm. All work must be picked up the week of February 26, 2018. Artists are responsible for shipping to and from TCA and must provide prepaid return shipping labels. All artwork must arrive ready to hang or display.
