Trinity Art Show 8th Annual National Juried Exhibition

The Trinity Art Show invites artists to create visual art providing a unique perspective on the Christian view and experience in contemporary life. The 2024 theme is from Genesis 1: "And God said, 'Let there be light,'..." Submissions may explicitly reference faith or engage with the spirituality suggested by the theme. Trinity Cathedral is a progressive Episcopal Community in Sacramento.

Accepted work will be exhibited at the Lexis Gallery at Trinity Cathedral from October 2 - November 3, 2024, with an opening reception on Saturday, October 5, 2024, from 5-8 pm. Total cash awards of $5,000 will be distributed: First place $3,000, Second place $1,500, and Honorable Mention $500. The juror is Dawn Waters Baker.

Eligibility: Open to all artists residing in the U.S. Original artwork produced in the last two years related to the theme. Work cannot have been previously exhibited in Sacramento within the last two years. All work must be for sale and priced at $7,000 or less. Accepted media: 2D and 3D artwork. Size restrictions: 2D work no larger than 40" x 40" and 3D work no taller than 7'. Artwork selected for display must be ready to hang; work under glass requires rigid frames. Entry fee: $45 for up to 3 entries, $5 each additional entry, limit of 6 entries per artist. Submit 3-6 images online by Tuesday, August 20, 2024 at 11:59 pm MST. Notifications will be sent Tuesday, September 3, 2024.
