Trinity Art Show 6th Annual National Juried Exhibition

The Trinity Art Festival invites artists to create visual art providing a unique perspective on the Christian view and experience in contemporary life. The art is intended to promote reflection and discussion. This year's theme from Genesis 1:27 is "God created mankind in his own image…male and female he created them." Trinity Art Show is fully inclusive and welcomes all interpretations, thoughts and expressions on this year's theme.

Accepted work will be exhibited at Sparrow Gallery in Sacramento, CA, from October 8 - November 4, 2022. The opening reception is Saturday, October 8, 2022, 5 – 8 pm. The juror is David Brinker, Director, Museum of Contemporary Religious Art, Saint Louis University. Total cash awards are $5,000: First place - $3,000; Second place - $1,500; Honorable Mention - $500. Artists receive 60% on the sale of their work.

Eligibility: Open to all artists residing in the U.S. Original artwork produced in the last two years depicting subject matter related to the theme. Work cannot have been previously exhibited in Sacramento within the last two years. All work must be for sale and priced at $5,000 or less. Accepted media: 2D and 3D artwork. Size restrictions: 2D work no larger than 40" x 40" and 3D work no taller than 7'. Submit 3-6 entries. Entry fee: $45 for 3 entries, $5 each additional entry. Work sample requirements: 3-6 images. Accepted work must be delivered to Sparrow Gallery, 1021 R Street, Sacramento, CA 95811 between Wednesday, September 28 and Friday, September 30, 2022 by 4 pm PST.
