About This Call

Join Fabulon for "Not Your Typical Love Story," an exhibition and sale opening 2/10/18. Submit up to five images per entry that reflect the theme. The gallery will select up to three works for the exhibit. Artists must submit a statement connecting their work to the theme.

All work must be for sale, with the gallery receiving 40% of sales. Artwork must have been created within the last two years, not derived from copyrighted images, and not created under the direction of an instructor. Work must be in hang-ready condition with wire method only (no sawtooth hangers). Each piece must have a label firmly affixed to the back stating name, title, price, and contact information. Artists are responsible for delivery and pickup. Artwork may be brought to the gallery in person Tuesday-Saturday 12-6pm, or shipped via FedEx or USPS only (not UPS) with shipping labels both ways. No packing peanuts.

Submission deadline is 12/12/17. Artists will be notified by 12/30/17. Work must arrive by 1/15/18. The exhibition runs 1/23/18 through 3/1/18, with an artists' reception on 2/10/18 from 5-8pm. Entry fee is $35. Submit 1-5 images, and up to 3 audio or video files. Please ensure no copyright infringement; artists are responsible for their own research.
