About This Call
The Tremont Arts & Cultural Festival celebrates its 27th season on Saturday, September 19th from 12:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. in Cleveland's Lincoln Park (1200 Starkweather Avenue). This regionally acclaimed festival is presented by Tremont West Development Corporation and celebrates the cultural and artistic diversity of Tremont and the greater Cleveland area. The festival features five villages: Children's Village with hands-on arts and educational projects; Community Village with area non-profit organizations and local merchants; Cultural Village with food sales and fair trade merchants reflecting the ethnic diversity of the neighborhood; Artists' Village with visual artists in 15 categories; and a Food Court featuring restaurants, food trucks and local vendors. The festival includes free music and dance performances on the main stage.
Visual artists from Northeast Ohio are encouraged to apply in the following categories: 2D Mixed Media, 3D Mixed Media, Ceramics, Digital Art, Drawing, Fiber, Glass, Fine Jewelry, Leather, Metal (non-sculptural), Painting (Oil, Acrylic, & Watercolor), Photography & Digital Photography, Printmaking, Sculpture (Paper, Bronze, Clay, Metal, Stone), and Wood. Application fees are $25 jurying fee plus $140 booth fee. Booth spaces are approximately 10 ft. x 10 ft. on grassy surface. Tents are required (white preferred) and must be anchored with weights; stakes are not allowed. All vendors must provide their own tables, chairs, and table cloths with floor-length coverings. Electricity will not be provided.
Ineligible work includes buy-sell art, workshop art, mass-produced items, work produced from dies, casts or molds, and decorations on commercially produced products. Accepted artists will be notified by July 9, 2026. Artists must attend in person and remain throughout the full festival day. Those applying in multiple categories must submit separate applications and pay additional fees. A refund policy allows withdrawal requests until August 19, 2026, with no refunds granted after that date. All vendors must carry personal, product, and vehicle liability insurance.
