About This Call
California Art Club San Diego Chapter members are invited to submit paintings celebrating the diverse "treasures" found in the beautiful Mission Trails Regional Park. Accepted works will be exhibited at the Visitor Center Gallery at the Mission Trails Regional Park, One Fr. Junipero Serra Trail, San Diego, CA 92119.
Accepted media includes paintings in oil, watercolor, pastel, or acrylic. Submit 1-6 images of your work. Entry fee is $35.00, with an additional $10.00 media fee for each image beyond the first. The exhibition runs July 7-26, 2012. This is a juried exhibition; artists will be notified of the juror's decision on or after June 15, 2012.
Artwork must be hand-delivered on Friday, July 6, 2012 between 9:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. The opening reception is Saturday, July 7, 2012 from 6:00-8:30 p.m. Artist entry is complimentary; each additional guest is $25. Artwork pick-up is Friday, July 27, 2012 between 9:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. Commission split: 55% Artist, 25% Mission Trails Regional Park Foundation, 20% CAC.
