TRAHC's 26th Annual Juried Exhibition

TRAHC's 26th Annual Juried Exhibition is open to all artists 18 years and older. The exhibition runs July 11 - August 9, 2014 at TRAHC in Texarkana, Texas. All work must be original in concept and not copied from another artist's work. No video, film, installations, or artwork requiring special installation or assembly are accepted. Entries are limited to a maximum of three works executed in the past year (June 2013 - June 2014). The entry fee is $35 for up to three entries, payable through Callforentry.org by credit card. Entries must be submitted online by midnight MST on June 18, 2014.

Accepted artists will receive instructions for shipping and hand delivery. Shipping costs and insurance are the artist's responsibility. A pre-paid return-shipping label via FedEx or UPS is mandatory, and reusable shipping containers only are accepted. Artists living within 50 miles of Texarkana may hand deliver artwork during TRAHC's open hours (Tuesday - Saturday, 10 am - 4 pm). All accepted artwork must be received by June 28 at 3:45 pm. Accepted work must be original, completed, and ready to hang with professional quality frames, mats, and wiring. All paintings must be framed or gallery wrapped. Photography and two-dimensional works on paper must be framed and under glass or polycarbonate. All freestanding sculptures must have felt pads attached to the bottom. Artwork may not be removed from TRAHC prior to August 12, 2014.

Awards include: Yates Collection Purchase Award ($1000), Best of Show ($1000), First Place ($750), Second Place ($500), Third Place ($300), and Fourth Place ($200).
