Topeka Competition 34

Topeka Competition 34 is a juried exhibition of three-dimensional artwork held at the Alice C. Sabatini Gallery. The exhibition runs March 14 – May 11, 2025, with an Artists and Awards Reception on Saturday, March 15, 2 – 4 pm.

Eligible artists are anyone 18 years of age or older currently residing in the United States. Submissions must be three-dimensional work in any medium created between 2020 and 2024. Work previously exhibited in the Alice C. Sabatini Gallery is not eligible. Each entry requires a $35 non-refundable fee for up to three works and must include an artist statement. Artworks will be judged on originality, technical excellence, and artistic concept. This year's juror is Mona Cliff.

Entry deadline is December 3, 2024. Artists will be notified of acceptance by January 20, 2025. Delivery of artworks is February 1 – 23, 2025. Juror's Awards will be named by the juror and announced at the reception. Purchase Awards will be named by the Alice C. Sabatini Gallery and will become part of the Topeka and Shawnee County Public Library's permanent art collection. Return shipping will occur the week of May 13, 2025, or artists may pick up delivered works May 13 – 18, 2025. The Sabatini Gallery does not receive commission on sales.
